A platform where two sides find each other.
Listings, search, vendor onboarding, payments with commission, reviews and messaging, built so that the first version can launch before the whole idea is finished.
A marketplace is two businesses at once. Launch order decides whether it works.
Marketplaces fail in a predictable way: everything is built for both sides at once, launch takes a year, and the platform opens with nobody on either side of it.
We build them the other way around. Decide which side is harder to attract, launch with enough for that side to be useful, and add the rest as real supply and demand arrive. The technology is the straightforward part; sequencing it is what makes the difference.
What a marketplace development project includes.
Listings and profiles
Structured listings with photos, attributes, availability and pricing, and verified profiles for the businesses or people behind them.
Search that works
Filters, sorting, categories, location and map views that get someone from landing page to the right listing in a few taps.
Onboarding and verification
Vendor or provider sign-up, document checks, approval queues and the controls you need before anyone is allowed to list.
Payments and commission
Checkout, escrow-style holds where appropriate, commission or subscription models, and payouts with a clear statement per vendor.
Trust and communication
Ratings, reviews, in-platform messaging and reporting, so both sides can transact with people they have not met.
Admin and moderation
The operator view: users, listings, disputes, refunds, fees, content moderation and the numbers that show whether it is growing.
The difference it makes to the business.

How do you handle the chicken-and-egg problem?+
By not launching both sides at once. We work out which side is harder to attract, make the platform genuinely useful to them on its own, then open the other side. That decision shapes what gets built first.
How does the money flow work?+
Customers pay through the platform, you take a commission or subscription, and vendors are paid out on a schedule with a clear statement. We set the model up with UAE payment providers that support it.
Can we start smaller than a full marketplace?+
Often that is the right call. Many marketplaces begin as a well-run listing platform or a single-vendor store, and open up once demand is proven. We scope for that path deliberately.
